Eligibility

Eligibility

You are eligible to participate in Technicolor’s benefits plans if you:

  • Are a regular full-time or regular part-time employee
  • Have completed 30 days of continuous employment

Eligibility for ACA Eligible Employees ONLY

You are eligible to participate in Technicolor’s medical and 401(k) plans if you:

  • Are a full-time temporary employee. You must have completed 90 days of employment
  • Are a part-time temporary employee. Your continued eligibility will be dependent on whether you averaged 130 hours per month in a year

Dependent Eligibility

Your family may also be eligible for benefits. Your eligible dependents are:

  • Your spouse
  • Your domestic partner.* 
  • Your dependent child(ren) up to age 26 (regardless of marital status), including stepchild, legally adopted child, child of a domestic partner, or a child for whom you or your spouse/domestic partner is the legal guardian
  • Your unmarried child(ren) age 26 or older who is/are mentally or physically disabled and who rely on you for support and care

*Domestic partners must have a current “Affidavit of Domestic Partnership.”
